由于作業(yè)時(shí)裝載機(jī)上下兩鉸接銷要承受很大的徑向沖擊載荷,其裝配軸承的配合間隙很容易變大、極易磨損毀壞，若按常規(guī)維修思路修復(fù)裝載機(jī)，則修理難度大、費(fèi)用高，并且影響機(jī)架的整體性能，為保證機(jī)架可靠的工作要求，濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)配件建議采用下列修復(fù)方法。

1、加工一根800mm長(zhǎng)的定位芯軸，外徑尺寸與鉸接銷的外徑一致，直線度不大于0.1mm；
Processing a 800mm long positioning mandrel outer diameter size is consistent with the hinge pin, straightness is not greater than 0.1mm;
2、加工4個(gè)外徑Φ200mm、內(nèi)徑與前小型裝載機(jī)機(jī)架1母孔的理論尺寸一致、厚度15mm的同心圓盤(pán)，材料用40Cr，直行滲碳處理后硬度達(dá)HRC60；
Processing four outer diameter Φ200mm, consistent with the previous theoretical size of the inner diameter of the rack a small loader mother hole concentric plate of 15mm thickness, material 40Cr, straight carburizing HRC60 hardness after treatment;
3、從市場(chǎng)上購(gòu)置(或按要求加工)兩根加長(zhǎng)的鉸接銷，其長(zhǎng)度約280mm；

4、更換后機(jī)架2母孔的中間襯套；將定位芯軸1、同心圓盤(pán)2及前、后機(jī)架按圖2所示位置裝配，將4個(gè)圓盤(pán)分別焊在前機(jī)架板體5上，去掉定位芯軸，將同心圓盤(pán)體與前機(jī)架板體焊牢。
Replace the intermediate frame 2 female bush hole; positioning a mandrel, the disc 2 and concentric front and rear rack assembly according to the position shown in Figure 2, are welded to the disc4 the front frame plate 5 on, remove the positioning mandrel, the concentric coil body and front frame plate weld.
5、將加長(zhǎng)的鉸接銷按圖1所示位置安裝即可。
