裝載機(jī)蓄能器是一種把液壓油的壓力能貯存起來(lái)，待需要時(shí)再把壓力能釋放出去的儲(chǔ)能裝置，有蓄能器有活塞式和氣囊式兩大類。一般蓄能器發(fā)生故障主要是接頭漏氣、密封圈損壞或缸壁拉傷等。如發(fā)現(xiàn)蓄能器失去作用，即可初步判斷氣壓降低或油、氣兩腔因密封圈失效(或缸壁損傷)而互相串通，應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢查。
   
1、將蓄能器從機(jī)械上拆下前，搬運(yùn)及需要拆開(kāi)檢查其蓋時(shí)，必須首先將氣放盡，在確認(rèn)沒(méi)有氣壓后方可進(jìn)行；

2、蓄能器應(yīng)充惰性氣體，如氮?dú)?。不得充填氧氣、壓縮空氣或其它易燃?xì)怏w；

3、蓄能器安裝(在設(shè)備上)完畢后才能充氮?dú)?。充氣時(shí)，應(yīng)緩慢地打開(kāi)充氣閥，待活塞被推移到盡頭(從聲音上可聽(tīng)出)而無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象后，再使充氣壓力達(dá)到規(guī)定值，并檢查有無(wú)漏氣；

4、充氣后，各部分絕對(duì)不準(zhǔn)拆開(kāi)及松動(dòng)，以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)；
